Sketches and references are gathered to define pose, scale and mood.

3D Design
The concept is modelled digitally for precision before any material is touched.
Step 04
Sculpting
Master sculptors shape the piece by hand, working from the digital and photographic reference.
Step 05
Mould Making
A mould is crafted to preserve every detail of the sculpted form for casting.
Step 06
Ceramic / Fiberglass Production
The piece is cast in ceramic or fiberglass, depending on scale and use.
Step 07
Surface Finishing
Surfaces are smoothed, sanded and prepared for glaze or paint.
Step 08
Hand Painting
Artisans hand-finish colour, glaze and fine detail — no two pieces are identical.
Step 09
Quality Inspection
Every piece is inspected against the brief before it leaves the studio.

Final Delivery
